I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven. The hotel had indeed a comfortable location in the middle of jackson. Also, Valle Vista Mall was 1 mile away.

The staff were accommodating and very professional, nothing too much trouble.

All the staff was affable and helpful, solved my issues. There were climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful when I lost my wallet. They went above and beyond to help me find it and were very professional throughout the entire ordeal. The hotel was also very clean and had a great snack area in the lobby. I appreciated how accommodating they were in providing supplies and the overall facilities were fantastic. The location was also very convenient for me.

The hotel had a marvellous position, in the middle of jackson. Also, it was 5 mins drive from Valle Vista Mall.

The cleanliness of the facilities and the snack area in the lobby were impressive. The staff was helpful in trying to locate my lost wallet, and the manager even went the extra mile to review security camera footage. the location was very convenient.

My experience was marred by some negative aspects. I got charged twice despite showing the staff my receipt from the first payment and it's been over a month without a refund.

The hotel had excellent housekeeping services that maintained the cleanliness of the room throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating and provided us with all the necessary supplies that we needed. The hotel is situated in a prime location which made it very convenient for us to access key attractions nearby. The snack area in the lobby was a nice touch and we appreciated it a lot.

The breakfast did not come for free and we were caught unaware. A staff member informed us about this, but they were quite overprotective about the coffee area.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic. The location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The pool was a great size for a refreshing swim, and the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.
